How It Works
Twice a year, in spring and fall, we run project cycles where startups and SMEs work with talent on real challenges, while partners contribute with expertise and guidance.

Challenge Submission
Businesses submit their challenges, while partners join by offering, e.g. mentorship, workshops or training.

Talent Recruitment
Ambitious university students from diverse academic backgrounds apply to join, and the most promising talent are invited to case interviews.

Student Consultant Selection
Through the interviews, we assess skills and teamwork, then select top qualified Student Consultants and form tailored teams for each project lasting 8 to 9 weeks.
