The Fall 2024 Cycle brought together 25 Student Consultants and five startups and SMEs at Station Copenhagen. Over eight weeks, Student Consultants worked on projects ranging from digital growth strategies to sustainable business models, translating academic insight into practical strategic direction.
The cycle centered on strengthening clientsβ sustainable positioning and clarifying long term strategic priorities. Through structured analysis and close collaboration, Student Consultants transformed complex challenges into actionable recommendations while leading real client engagements under professional guidance.

The Fall 2024 Cycle combined strategic analysis, sustainability focus, and professional development to create measurable impact for both clients and Student Consultants.
Startups and SMEs we collaborated with during the cycle:
βLifeBonder: A human centric social media platform designed to encourage healthier and more meaningful interactions through a tailored algorithm. Project focus: Identified key market segments across selected markets and evaluated digital marketing channels to increase user engagement.
Lycia: A jewellery company offering ethical diamond sourcing, fine jewellery manufacturing, and strategic advisory services. Project focus: Identified target consumer segments, developed customer archetypes, and evaluated strategic market positioning.
Kombucha Inc.: A Danish brewery expanding the non and low alcoholic beverage category through innovative kombucha products with premium positioning. Project focus: Conducted market and competitor analysis to sharpen the unique selling proposition and define target positioning.
NorFalk: An innovation driven company developing eco friendly ingredients for the cleaning and personal care industries. Project focus: Conducted market sizing and CAGR analysis and translated findings into strategic implications.
Rumett: A company developing plasterboards using recycled fly ash to reduce CO2 emissions and support circular construction. Project focus: Identified target segments, built customer archetypes, and evaluated strategic positioning across markets.
During the cycle, Millennial Consulting collaborated with four consulting partners who contributed workshops and mentorship.
PwC: A global professional services network providing audit, advisory, and consulting services. Delivered a workshop on Team Building and mentored one consulting team, sharing practical insights from large scale consulting engagements.
BearingPoint: An independent management and technology consulting firm advising organizations on strategy, operations, and digital transformation. Delivered a workshop on Project Management and mentored one consulting team.
EY-Parthenon (EY): The global strategy consulting arm of EY, advising clients on corporate strategy, transactions, and value creation. Delivered a workshop on Storyboarding Foundations.
Round: A Danish management consultancy supporting organizations with strategy execution and transformation initiatives. Delivered a workshop on Holistic Problem Solving and mentored one consulting team.
Beyond project deliverables, the cycle created a collaborative learning environment where Student Consultants stepped into real consulting roles. Working closely with clients and partners, they strengthened their capabilities in stakeholder management, structured problem solving, and professional communication.
