The Fall 2025 Cycle brought together 25 Student Consultants and five startups and SMEs at Station Copenhagen. Over eight to nine weeks, Student Consultants worked on projects spanning go to market strategy, commercial scaling, AI driven business models, and investor positioning.
The cycle focused on strengthening clients’ commercial infrastructure and translating strategic ambition into scalable execution. Student Consultants led real client engagements under professional mentorship, supporting founders in refining growth strategies and operational roadmaps.

Startups and SMEs we collaborated with during the cycle:
Alice.Tech: A Danish AI company transforming course materials into personalized exam preparation. Project focus: Developed a country specific go to market strategy and defined a structured outreach plan to support scalable market entry.
COREAI (CivilGuide): A Danish AI driven solution supporting Ukrainian refugees and newcomers in navigating Danish regulations and procedures. Project focus: Reviewed and strengthened investor positioning, conducted competitor and customer analysis, and developed multi market outreach strategies.
Petit Chateau: A Danish platform connecting unique venues for corporate retreats and private getaways. Project focus: Conducted market and competitor analysis, redefined the corporate retreat concept, and developed attraction strategies across markets.
Sustainly: An AI based lifecycle assessment platform enabling companies to measure supply chain impact at scale. Project focus: Conducted industry and customer analysis and developed a scalable go to market strategy with implementation priorities.
Hospitunity: A Danish platform strengthening the hospitality industry through talent matching and ethical workplace standards. Project focus: Built upon previous cycle insights to refine the business plan and define a scaling strategy for a core service.
During the cycle, Millennial Consulting collaborated with five consulting partners contributing workshops and mentorship.
Deloitte: One of the world’s largest professional services firms, providing audit, consulting, tax, and advisory services globally. As Millennial Consulting’s strategic partner, delivered an exclusive Business Chemistry workshop for the management team, strengthening leadership and relationship management capabilities.
DYNACAP: A Danish hands on consultancy specializing in commercial transformation through Salesforce optimization. Delivered a workshop on Salesforce and Consulting, sharing expertise in CRM driven scaling and commercial infrastructure.
PwC: A multinational professional services network providing audit, advisory, and consulting services globally.Delivered a workshop on Team Building and mentored one consulting team, sharing practical industry insights from large scale advisory engagements.
BearingPoint: An independent management and technology consultancy advising organizations on strategy, operations, and digital transformation. Delivered a workshop on Project Management and mentored one consulting team.
Round: A Danish management consultancy focused on strategy execution and operational transformation. Delivered a workshop on Holistic Problem Solving, an additional session on CV writing and case interview preparation, and mentored two consulting teams.
Beyond project deliverables, the cycle created a collaborative environment where Student Consultants stepped into strategic advisory roles within AI driven and scaling focused projects. Working closely with clients and partners, they strengthened their capabilities in stakeholder management, commercial problem solving, and translating market insights into scalable growth initiatives.
